I would advise you to keep the other mod that also edits rpg_param.xml and apply the code that removes master strikes to it, since here you have to edit only one line. In that case you should open one of those mods and merge them. Keep in mind that it changes rpg_param.xml and if you have any other mods that does that, they will conflict and one of them will not work.
